These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the My Spa Pro mobile application, website, and related services operated by My Spa Pro, LLC.
Use of the Service
You may use My Spa Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree not to impersonate others, create fraudulent accounts, misuse the service, or interfere with other users’ access to the app.
Bookings and Services
My Spa Pro may help users discover, request, book, or manage spa-related services. Providers are responsible for the services they offer, their licensing, availability, pricing, cancellation rules, and customer service unless otherwise stated in the app.
Payments
Payments, if enabled, may be processed by a third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges. Refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling may be subject to provider policies and any terms shown at checkout.
User Content
You are responsible for content you submit, including profile information, service descriptions, messages, photos, reviews, or other materials. You grant My Spa Pro permission to host, display, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service.
Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or unsafe activity.
- Posting false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Uploading malware or interfering with app operation.
- Using the app to promote services that violate applicable laws or platform policies.
Health and Wellness Disclaimer
My Spa Pro is not a medical provider. Information in the app is for scheduling, discovery, and service management purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the quality of services offered by independent providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Spa Pro, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
