Report a Concern
To report abuse, impersonation, fraud, unsafe behavior, inappropriate content, or a policy concern, email support@myspapro.com.
What to Include
- Your name and contact information.
- The account, profile, booking, or message involved.
- A short description of the issue.
- Screenshots or supporting details, if available.
Emergency Situations
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. My Spa Pro support is not an emergency response service.
Community Expectations
- Be honest and respectful.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others.
- Do not post illegal, deceptive, explicit, or harmful content.
- Do not misuse personal information obtained through the app.
