Request Account Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your My Spa Pro account and associated personal data. This page is intended to satisfy mobile app store requirements for a public web-based account deletion request path.

Before deletion, please cancel any active paid subscription through Apple, Google Play, or the payment provider used at purchase. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions unless the app specifically supports that flow.

What will be deleted

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, complete transactions, maintain security, or satisfy tax/accounting requirements. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

How to submit a request

Email us directly at Support@myspapro.com with the subject line My Spa Pro Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address or phone number used for your account. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or sensitive medical information.

Timing

We will acknowledge deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and complete eligible deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to verification and legal retention requirements.
